For 30 years, Crustacean fans have been asking the An Family to give them a bit of Crustacean to enjoy at home. Chef Helene An's Secret Kitchen Sauces, previously served only to customers in their world class Crustacean Restaurants throughout the West Coast, are now available for sale to the industry buyer at wholesale prices. Minimum order quantity is SIX CASES, each case contains SIX bottles of our wonderful sauces.

Crustacean Restaurants are a division of the An Family Restaurant Group, founded in 1971 with The Thanh Long restaurant, the oldest Vietnamese restaurant in San Francisco. The Secret Kitchen is a completely enclosed kitchen within a kitchen in each of the An Family restaurants. It is off limits to all employees except the Ans. Secret Kitchen Sauces complement both Eastern and Western Diets. Made with the freshest all natural ingredients, Secret Kitchen Sauces help speed up meal preparation. Secret Kitchen Sauces are fat-free or very low in fat, and low in sodium. Chef Helene suggests using them the way she does- as a marinade for fish, meat or poultry; to enhance salads and vegetables; or simply as a dipping sauce with appetizers.
